Data are presented as means±standard error or number (%). Analyzed after adjusted with sex. *Walking exercise means participants who adhered to walk for at least five days in the last week and to walk for at least 30 minutes each time. Strength training means participants who adhered to do strength training for two or more days in the last week. Aerobic physical activity means participants who adhered to conduct moderate intensity physical activity for at least 2 hours and 30 minutes or high intensity physical activity for at least 1 hour and 15 minutes per week. §Drinking means participants who drank more than once a month for the past 1 year. Depression was measured using Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9). Quality of life was measured using the EuroQoL-5 Dimension (EQ-5D). OSA, obstructive sleep apnea.
